Get Your Ticket Give the completed bet slip to a Lottery Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will process your bet slip and give you a ticket displaying your selected wagers. Drawings take place approximately every four minutes on a daily basis from 5:02 a.m. to 12:58 a.m. The Wheel of Luck is subject to Rules and Regulations and its game rules. Bets must be accepted by the Lottery’s on-line computer processing system and are represented by a ticket issued by the on-line system terminal which shall serve as the receipt. All bets must be placed with a ticket issued prior to the close of betting for a game. Bettors acknowledge that on-line Lottery sales agents are acting on behalf of the bettors in entering bets into the Lottery’s on-line The Wheel of Luck computer processing system.

Present your completed bet slip to your Lottery Sales agent for processing. You will receive a ticket. CHECK YOUR TICKET IMMEDIATELY TO VERIFY THAT THE SELECTIONS ON YOUR TICKET MATCH THE SELECTIONS REQUESTED ON THE BET SLIP.

Present a winning ticket to any The Wheel of Luck sales agent for payment of prizes. All cash prizes must be claimed within one (1) year following the draw date.

Your ticket is a bearer instrument. SIGN YOUR TICKET IMMEDIATELY. By playing The Wheel of Luck, you agree to abide by Lottery Statutes, Rules and Regulations published in the Massachusetts Register and the Administrative Bulletin issued thereunder.
