Distribution The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to enter into a contract to purchase Lottery Bet Stations for its Lottery Retail Sales Agents. The Bet Stations must provide a writing surface for filling out bet slips & scratching Instant Tickets, organized bet slip holders, display areas for informational materials, and locked storage for bet slips, pencils, and other Lottery materials. All MSLC’s Bet Stations must be must be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The cost, construction, quality, material, appearance, and timeline for delivery of the Lottery Bet Stations are of paramount importance to the MSLC in maximizing net revenues.
