Finance The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to contract to purchase charity game tickets and game designs.  Charity game tickets are gaming pieces in a game of chance which are made completely of paper or paper products with concealed numbers or symbols.  Charity game tickets (break-opens) have one or more perforated window tabs, which must be torn or opened to reveal winning and non-winning numbers or symbols. A seal Card is a larger game piece, included in some games, as part of a Charity Game Ticket packet with concealed numbers or symbols which when revealed, determine a winner or winners.  The MSLC currently supplies Charity Game Tickets to Charitable Games Licenses who in turn sell them to their bingo players.  Order quantities are a function of sales and number of games offered.  The MSLC does not guarantee any minimum order quantities.  Neither the Commonwealth nor the MSLC guarantee that any purchases or any minimum quantity of purchases will be made from any contract (s) awarded under this Request for Response.

MIS The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to acquire technical, business, and cost responses for agent and terminal hardware and associated peripherals, including associated operating systems, drivers and APIs. This procurement will be in addition to an existing procurement to acquire an upgraded host platform. Any additional announcements about the solicitation will also be posted on www.COMMBUYS.com. Distribution The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to enter into a contract to purchase Lottery Bet Stations for its Lottery Retail Sales Agents. The Bet Stations must provide a writing surface for filling out bet slips & scratching Instant Tickets, organized bet slip holders, display areas for informational materials, and locked storage for bet slips, pencils, and other Lottery materials. All MSLC’s Bet Stations must be must be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The cost, construction, quality, material, appearance, and timeline for delivery of the Lottery Bet Stations are of paramount importance to the MSLC in maximizing net revenues.
