Finance The Massachusetts State MSLC Commission (MSLC) intends to enter into purchase agreements with multiple qualified firms to be one (1) of a pool of firms eligible to provide Zero Coupon Non-Callable U.S. Government Securities commonly referred to as STRIPS (Separate Trading of Registered Interest and Principal of Securities) to the MSLC via a competitive offering process. The current investment policy of the MSLC calls for the purchase of STRIPS, but each qualified firm must demonstrate that it has the capability to offer other investments should the MSLC change its investment policy.  All specifications, requirements and instructions will be included in the RFR. Any additional announcements about the solicitation  will also be posted on www.COMMBUYS.com  The formal request for response (RFR) is expected to be released early in the new calendar year. MIS The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to issue future solicitations for a replacement for on-line gaming systems, agent terminals and a multimedia solution - On –Line Lottery gaming systems and multimedia capabilities. . MIS The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) intends to acquire technical, business, and cost responses for agent and terminal hardware and associated peripherals including software (Operating System, drivers and API) to support an integration to the existing ProSys lottery host system and migration to an upgraded host platform (to be determined in a separate procurement process).
